I’ve lately developed an obsession for Olympic gymnastics. I have no clue why. Actually it’s more like Olympians in general but mainly gymnastics. It’s a shame Olympic rowers aren’t really that famous… it’s hard to find videos/interviews/etc on them. My favorite Olympian as of now is Alicia Sacramone. I think I’ve seen every video of her on YouTube…. haha.
I love watching her flip and tumble and all that jazzzzz.
I also love watching Shawn Johnson on bars. She’s so firm and straight and strong. And powerful.
But oh man, I’m soooo glad Alicia decided to come back for the 2012 London games. I AM SO FREAKING EXCITED FOR THE OLYMPICSSSSSSSSS. I cannot express it enough in words.
But on a tiny side note, I love Kim Yuna the figure skater as well. I mean I know I’m totally biased because I’m Korean but let’s be honest here. She’s like the prettiest, most talented, and most graceful skater. I mean there’s no question. She got gold in the Vancouver games. But that’s not going to happen again for another 2 years so I’m not as hyped up about her.
But I want to meeeeeeeeeeeeet aliciaaaaaaaaaaaa.
She gives me inspiration as an athlete in general.
